Description
This spell conjures a magical ring of fire that surrounds one creature within 45 feet. The flames form a circle with a 5-foot radius around the target but do not harm them.
Any other creature that is adjacent to or attempts to move through the ring takes 1d6+1 fire damage and must make a Vitality Resistance Roll. If a 5 or a 6 is rolled, the damage is halved.
