Description
This spell allows the caster to unleash a flurry of biting cold, inflicting 1d6+1 plus Intellect modifier ice damage to all creatures within a 20 ft. radius. Each target must make a Vitality Resistance Roll; if a 5 or a 6 is rolled, the damage is halved.
