Description
This spell unleashes a blizzard of icy, crystalline hail upon a 20 ft. radius within range. All creatures caught in the storm suffer 3d6 plus Intellect modifier ice damage as they are pummeled by razor-sharp shards of ice. Each affected creature must make a Vitality Resistance Roll; if a 5 or a 6 is rolled, the damage is halved (rounded up).
