Description
This spell allows the caster to project a burst of flames from their fingertips in one direction. Each creature in the affected cone area suffers fire damage equal to 1d6 plus the caster's Intellect modifier. All affected creatures must make a Vitality Resistance Roll; if any 5 or 6 is rolled, the damage is halved.
