Description
This spell conjures a single arrow of fire that streaks toward a creature within range. On impact, it explodes in a flash of heat, dealing 2d6 plus Intellect modifier damage. The target must make a Vitality Resistance Roll; if a 5 or a 6 is rolled, the damage is halved.
