Description
This spell calls down a devastating storm of divine fire upon an area with a 30 ft. radius. All creatures caught in the flames suffer 3d6 plus Wisdom modifier fire damage. Each affected creature may attempt a Vitality Resistance Roll; if they roll a 5 or 6, the damage is halved (rounded up).
