Description
This spell overwhelms creatures within a 20 ft. radius with a terrifying magical presence. Affected targets are gripped by fear and will panic, flee, or cower based on the GM's judgment. Each affected creature must make a Wisdom Resistance Roll. If at least one 6 is rolled, the creature resists the effect. If they fail their Resistance Roll, the creature is fully overcome by fear for the duration of the spell.
