Beginning at Level 3, a Monk gains the ability to move with improved speed and precision. When utilizing Ascetic's Gale, the Monk's movement speed is improved (from moderate to fast), their Attack Target is reduced by 1, and their Defense Target is reduced by 1.

Ascetic's Gale lasts for a number of rounds equal to the Monk's Wisdom modifier. A Monk may utilize Ascetic's Gale a number of times per day equal to half their level (rounded up).
