Description

This spell conjures a magical field within a 15-foot radius that mutes the voices of all creatures inside it, suppressing all communication or spell-casting. Spells that are cast within the area fail without effect. Creatures inside the zone are unaware of the silence unless they attempt to cast a spell. When a spell cast within the area fails, the caster may make an Intellect Ability Roll; if a 6 is rolled, they recognize the silence effect.

A Dispel Magic spell targeted at the area can remove the silence effect.
